Newb UK Owner here
Hi Everyone
Been lingering a bit here, while trying to find the right 'nearly new' car. I've finally found it and am delighted to have joined the Z4 fold. It's a 6-month old 3.0si coupe in Stratus Grey. I spent most of yesterday cleaning it properly - dealers never quite do it right, so thought I'd post a few pics. Enjoy. (I didn't have time for the interior.....) |

The gearchanges from the Steptronic aren't quite as rapid as the DSG, but there isn't much in it, and the Steptronic is much smoother. Fuel economy (not that anyone buying a car like this should be too concerned about it) is on a par with the Golf as well, which is a pleasant bonus when V-Power is around 1.09 per litre.... |

Well, as soon as it comes, it's got to go again....
The car is my wifes 'daily driver' and she has been having a lot of lower back pain in the last few weeks, and also feeling nauseous when she is a passenger (not due to my driving, I hasten to add). So, as there are far more important things to consider than a lump of metal, we are trading in the Zed for an E90 330d M-Sport. I will miss the Z4 for certain, but there are a lot worse cars we could be changing to. |
