Up for sale is our Active Autowerke X-Pipe, that was used for 1 month. The pipe is in perfect physical and working condition. The X-Pipe retails for $2000, but we are selling it for $1400. Local pickup is prefered, but if we need to ship, it will be $120 in the USA.

Active Autowerke is able to improve on the factory X Pipe design by a scavenging effect that yields high horsepower gains.

Dramatic weight savings are also gained when one compares the factory system at 40 lbs and the Active Autowerke Signature X Pipe weighting at a mere 25 lbs.

Noticeable gains have been measured on the Active Autowerke Mustang Chassis dyno with a 12+ RWHP when adding this X Pipe to our Signature exhaust system and as much as 10+ RWHP when used to the BMW stock exhaust.

This M3 was featured at SEMA 2009 in our booth (Auto-Tech Interiors Inc). Our commitment to sponsors runs thru the rest of this season but for the X Pipe, we've met all our required commitments.

With that being said, the Active X Pipe is a fabulous piece of workmanship, but unfortunately, it's a tad bit loud for our owner. He lives in a very quiet neighborhood and the M3 is just a bit much for him. This is the only reason we're parting with it.

The M3 will be featured in 3 upcoming magazines; EuroTuner, Superstreet, and Performance Auto & Sound. Some of you have probably seen the build itself. European Auto Source, one of our sponsors, published it here just before SEMA 2009.
